Okay, so hi, it's me, Yiling, again.
I just watched Phineas and Ferb LOL :D

So, back to the topic. I noticed that recently not many people have been breaking the rules and most of them have been putting the password for the requests ever since I changed the format of the requesting/rules.

However, there are still some rule breakers out there. I will give them 2 chances, and if they break the rules for the third time, which is kind of impossible to happen, they will get into the blacklist.

So hopefully, no one else would continue breaking the rules and such.
