Q. How do I tag?
A. You can tag by going to the chatbox and say that you've requested or you've picked up your request.
Q. How do I request from Rainbow Fountain?
A. There is a link named 'request' at the sidebar. Click on it, read the rules, and you'll know where to request.
Q. What is blacklist and how do I get blacklisted?
A. You will not be able to request from here when you get blacklisted. This will only happen if you do not follow the rules set by the site properly.
Q. Where do I pick up my request item?
A. You can pick up your request at the sidebar, the link named 'pick ups'.
Q. What is a graphic/review/trailer?
A. A graphic can be either a poster or background for your fanfiction, or a wallpaper, icon or affiliate link button for your own use. A review is a critique of your story. A trailer is a video to let your readers preview what you have in your story.
Q. Do you charge fees for your services?
A. No, we do not charge for our services, and everything is free of charge.
Q. How long do you take to complete my request?
A. For graphics and reviews, we have a deadline of 2 weeks. Trailer makers have a month to do their request.
Q. Can I request for a poster here even though I requested for a trailer somewhere else?
A. Of course you can! It is only not allowed if you request for the same thing somewhere else. Eg. Poster at rainbow fountain and poster at magical mists.
Q. What is character URLs/Links?
A. They're the links to the pictures of the characters you want on your poster/wallpaper/other graphics. If you do provide them, your designers would have a better time when designing your poster and would most likely do it faster.
Q. How do I find my pickup?
A. We will leave a comment on your story/site to tell you your pickup number. Then you can go to the pickups and find your number.
