About: Hey everyone! My name is Melody, I'm the author of the Last Snow series featuring SHINee and few OCs. I'm a very laid back friendly person and I love to get to know other people. As far as my writing style goes, I can write two main spectrums - raw emotional fics and elegant fluid fics. My fan base extends from DBSK, SHINee, Big Bang, and Super Junior mainly. I love to write Fantasy and Romance fics, as well as the occasional fluffy and Slices of Life.I do write Angst, but I'm not too sure if anything too gory is really up my alley, and I FAIL at crack T.T. I also write with much detail, and everything comes from my heart with the purpose of touching your hearts. I came across this beautiful quote not too long ago and I couldn't agree with it more: If you could read my mind, you would be in tears. Such a beautiful quote. About: Intro: My name? Well, since you asked (maybe not), it's Nicole Kim. My friends just call me Nikki. Yes, yes I am Korean. I was born in Busan, South Korea, but raised in the United States. I've been told on many occasions that I am an ABC - though, I don't get it since I am not American born. Anyways, I've been writing stories, short and novel-length, since I was in the sixth grade. My forte is romance. I don't know why, but I have always been able to write romance well. It's most likely because of the amount of books I have read containing romance situations.
I'm picky when it comes to reading fiction on AFF. Why? Because, the grammar has to be proper. I'm obsessive about proper grammar. I am what is called a 'Grammar Nazi.' I'm OCD about spelling and other common errors. I have literally gotten up in the middle of class just to fix a spelling and/or grammar mistake that my teacher(s) has made unconsciously. I can assure that I will look through every sentence, every paragraph, every chapter carefully and thoroughly. I'm not an easy grader.
